Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Equipment:
- Large skillet or wok

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook until the sauce has thickened and coats the shrimp, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Tips:
- For a spicier dish, add more Sriracha or red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serve the shrimp over rice, noodles, or salad for a complete meal.
