Ingredients:
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (shredded or diced)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions:
