Instructions
1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheese (if using). Set aside.

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
