Tiramisu

A classic Italian coffee-flavored dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 75g sugar
  • 200ml espresso, cooled
  • 200g ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Separate eggs; beat yolks with sugar until creamy.
  2. Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
  3. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer them with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder and chill for at least 4 hours.
