A classic Italian coffee-flavored dessert.
Ingredients:
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 75g sugar
- 200ml espresso, cooled
- 200g ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Separate eggs; beat yolks with sugar until creamy.
- Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer them with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder and chill for at least 4 hours.
