Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

Here’s a simple and delicious Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs recipe that guarantees tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs with minimal effort!

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks (about 4-5 lbs) baby back ribs or spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for a kick)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for extra tenderness)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup cola or apple juice (for moisture)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Ribs:

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
  • Pat dry with paper towels.

2. Season the Ribs:

  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  • Rub the seasoning all over the ribs, coating them well.

3. Arrange in Slow Cooker:

  • Pour cola or apple juice into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Cut the ribs into halves or thirds if needed and place them in the slow cooker, standing them up or layering them.

4. Slow Cook:
