Ingredients:

For the Pound Cake:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan (or use parchment paper for easy removal).

Step 2: Make the Batter
