Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 1 medium orange)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    • Hull the strawberries and slice the banana.
    • Squeeze fresh orange juice if using a whole orange.
  2. Blend It Up
    • In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
    • Add ice cubes if using fresh fruit.
  3. Blend Until Smooth
    • Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
    • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Serve & Enjoy
    • Pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry slice or orange zest, and enjoy your Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie!
