Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Cook the Wings
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, toss wings with salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
- If baking, toss wings in 1 tbsp oil and place on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway. If frying, cook wings in hot oil for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.

- Mix 1 tbsp water with 1 tsp cornstarch, then stir it into the sauce to thicken. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze is glossy and coats the back of a spoon.
Step 3: Toss and Serve
- In a large bowl, toss the crispy wings with the golden soy glaze until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and sliced chili for extra heat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy these Golden Soy-Glazed Wings with rice, veggies, or as a snack!
