1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
