Ingredients:
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Equipment:

- Skillet
- Bowl
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add crab meat and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the crab sauce. Toss to coat.
- Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use a combination of lump crab meat and crab claws.
- Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for an extra depth of flavor.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and a sprig of fresh parsley.
