For the Buttered Veggies:

- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Meatballs
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Gravy
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute until golden.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the meatballs back into the gravy, coating them well. Simmer on low while you prepare the rest of the meal.
Step 3: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Boil the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender (about 15-20 minutes).
- Drain and mash the potatoes, adding butter and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Make the Buttered Veggies
- Steam or lightly boil the carrots and green beans until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Drain and toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 5: Assemble and Serve
- Plate the mashed potatoes, spoon the meatballs and gravy over the top, and serve with buttered veggies on the side.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your Homestyle Meatball Feast!
