Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake:
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

Step 1: Bake the Chocolate Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans. Line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add hot coffee (or water) and mix until smooth.
