It also recharges quickly, pulling nearly 19W, so its 23.1Wh battery refills in just over an hour. With solid performance and a budget-friendly price, the Baseus Magnetic Mini is a great choice.
Some chargers don’t automatically turn on when attached to an iPhone, but this one does, making it more convenient than manually switching it on. You can also use the USB-C port at the bottom to charge, offering up to 20W output for faster charging or for devices that don’t support MagSafe.

With a 38.5Wh battery and weighing 218 grams, it’s one of the most efficient we tested. It charges an iPhone to 52% in an hour and recharges in just over two hours at 19W.
The Anker 633 costs more than our top pick but offers extra ease with USB-A and USB-C ports for charging multiple devices at once. It has a built-in kickstand, so you can charge and prop up your phone at the same time. The USB-C port is placed well, allowing you to charge the power bank and your phone while using the stand.
The MagGo system offers a secure phone attachment but doesn’t resist rotation as well as the Baseus, so it may not stay perfectly centered. However, this allows easy rotation into landscape mode when using the Anker’s kickstand on a desk or table. The magnet is strong enough to hold the phone unless bumped hard.
A great modular MagSafe battery pack for commuters: OtterBox Multi-Mount Power Bank with MagSafe
OtterBox’s Multi-Mount Power Bank with MagSafe is the priciest option we tested, but it’s an official MFi-approved MagSafe device and offers more features than Apple’s charger. It’s also the only one we tested that comes with its own power brick for recharging, which likely increases the price.

This might seem like a cool gimmick, but the battery bank is actually impressive. With a 25.9Wh capacity and weighing under 200 grams, it delivers plenty of portable power. It has one of the strongest magnetic connections to the iPhone among the models we tested, making it great for use as a car mount. It also recharges quickly, drawing 19.8W to fully charge in about 80 minutes. The only downside is that it doesn’t automatically turn on when attached to the phone.
