Ingredients:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 24 squares.
- Place a small spoonful of caramel sauce in the center of each square.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Fold each square in half diagonally to form triangles.
- Place the triangles on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use a high-quality caramel sauce.
- You can use any type of nuts you like, or omit them altogether.
- These bites are best served warm.
